parkwood is a hidden gem! the lobby is beautifully appointed and so welcoming. the room was lovely, and i particularly enjoyed the private patio and outdoor shower. the beds were exceptionally comfortable, and the staff really went above and beyond to assist. breakfast was delightful!

Staying here with my friends was amazing! The location and gardens were stunning. We explored the nearby museums and shops easily. The staff, especially JP, provided fantastic service. Breakfast was delicious, and we enjoyed lounging by the pool. I highly recommend it for a fun group getaway!

Woke up to the sound of gentle birds chirping and the smell of fresh coffee wafting through the lobby. The staff greeted me with warm smiles that brightened my day. The pool area was a serene escape.

However, the WiFi was unreliable, making it challenging to catch up on work emails. It could use more transparency about late checkout options. I felt hurried on my last day.
